Mr. ‘Yomi Esan, as he is fondly called in the Civil Service was born on 13th May, 1972 in itaagunmodi, Atakumosa West Local Government Area of Osun State. He gained admission to Modakeke Islamic Grammar School in 1982 and graduated in 1987 with an award of the “The Best Student of the Year 1987”
